My journey in catering began in 2018 while attending college and working for University of Michigan Catering in Ann Arbor. There, I developed a deep appreciation for hospitality and discovered how food creates memorable experiences. Inspired by that experience, I partnered with my then-girlfriend, who shared my passion for cooking and hospitality. Together, we launched Bigg Bites and built the business from the ground up. We expanded our services, operated multiple food trucks, and served customers throughout Metro Detroit. Through dedication, hard work, and consistency, we earned a reputation for exceptional food and reliable service.

As our professional paths evolved, we decided to pursue separate ventures and follow our own visions. This led me to create Malibu Catering Co., built on quality, professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service. Since entering the catering industry, I have catered more than 100 events of varying sizes. These events ranged from intimate private gatherings to large corporate functions and community celebrations. Today, Malibu Catering Co. specializes in buffet catering, corporate catering, wedding catering, and social events. We proudly provide full-service catering throughout Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
